Learn the details of cricket formats
Before betting on different cricket formats, it is important to understand each one. Below is a brief overview of the three main formats and the major leagues.
T20
20 overs per team, total match time around 3 hours. This fast-paced format has the most options in the betting market — match winner, top run scorer, number of sixes, and more.
ODI (One-Day)
50 overs per team, typically a 7-8 hour match. ICC Cricket World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers international series are played in ODI format. Very popular for live in-play betting.
Test
Up to 5 days per match, with unlimited overs per innings. Test betting offers markets specifically for series winner, top wicket-taker and draw. The preferred format for patient bettors.
Major Leagues
BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) — the domestic T20 league, played in Dhaka and other cities. IPL (Indian Premier League) — the world's biggest T20 league. PSL — Pakistan Super League. BBL — Big Bash League (Australia).
How to read and understand odds
Understanding odds correctly is the most important part of successful betting. db768 uses decimal odds — which are easy to understand.
Decimal odds example
Say you place a ৳500 bet on Bangladesh in a Bangladesh vs India match at odds of 1.80. If you win, you receive: ৳500 × 1.80 = ৳900 (including ৳400 profit).
Formula: Return = Stake × Odds
| Odds format | Example | Total return on a ৳500 bet |
|---|---|---|
| Decimal | 1.80 | ৳900 |
| Fractional | 4/5 | ৳900 |
| American (Money Line) | -125 | ৳900 |
Implied probability
Work out the probability of winning from decimal odds: Probability = 1 ÷ Odds × 100. Example: odds 1.80 → 1 ÷ 1.80 × 100 = 55.6%. This means the bookmaker considers the chance of that team winning to be around 55.6%.
The lower the odds, the bigger the favourite that team is considered. The higher the odds, the bigger the underdog.

Fishing & Arcade Games — Fun and Rewards Together
Fishing games are growing in popularity in Bangladesh. Start with simple rules and win big rewards with skill.
How Do Fishing Games Work?
In a fishing game, you control a digital cannon. Various fish swim across the screen — each fish has its own multiplier value. When you spend cannon shots to catch fish, you receive rewards according to that multiplier.
Increasing the cannon level raises your chances of catching bigger fish, but the cost per shot also increases. Catching a boss fish (a special large fish) gives the biggest rewards.
Main Arcade Game Types
- Fishing Shooter: Hunt fish with a cannon, multiplier system (JILI Mega Fishing, All-star Fishing)
- Hunting Game: Shoot targets and earn points
- Lottery-Style: Quick results, simple mechanics, scratch card type
- Dice Game: Roll the dice to determine the outcome
Shot Cost Management Tips
- Use a lower-power cannon on small fish
- Save more charge for boss fish
- Target groups of fish together — earn more from one shot
- Spending no more than 10% of your balance at once is the economical approach

Bankroll Management Guide
When playing betting or casino games, it is important to plan a clear budget rather than relying solely on luck. This keeps your gaming experience lasting longer and more enjoyable.
1. Set a Budget
First, decide how much money you can spend on gaming each week or month. This amount should be money that, if lost, will not cause any problems in your daily life.
2. Divide into Sessions
Instead of spending your entire bankroll at once, divide it into smaller sessions. Example: divide a total budget of ৳3,000 into 5 sessions of ৳600 each. This gives you the chance to play for longer.
3. The 1–5% Per-Bet Rule
Use between 1% and a maximum of 5% of your total bankroll on each bet. For a ৳1,000 bankroll, that means ৳10–৳50 per bet. Following this rule means a bad streak will not wipe you out.
4. When to Stop After Winning
After a good session, set aside a fixed portion of your profit (for example 50%) and continue playing with the rest. Avoid taking on more risk in the excitement of winning.
5. When to Stop After Losing
If you have lost 50% of your session budget, take a break. The urge to place bigger bets to recover losses (chasing losses) is the most dangerous habit — avoid it entirely.
6. Keep a Record of Your Play
Keep track of how much you deposited, won, or lost in each session. This information will help you understand at what times and in which games your performance is best.
Quick Checklist
- I have set a maximum weekly budget
- No bet exceeds 5% of my bankroll
- Session budget is kept separate
- I will not chase losses
- I will save a portion of my winnings
- I will record my playing history
- I will seek support help when needed
